- כִּינָּה, כִּנָּהf. (כנן, cmp. קנן) 1) nest, cavity, chamber.Pl. כִּינִּים, כִּינִּין, כִּנִּ׳. Lev. R. s. 14 Ar. (ed. קינין); Yalk. Job 905; cmp. כּוֹנָנִית. 2) (b. h. pl. כִּנִּים, collect. כִּנָּם) vermin, louse (also collect.). Par. IX, 2 הכ׳ שבתבואה the vermin in grain. Ḥag.5a; a. e.Pl. as above. B.
